On August 18, the final of the 8th National College Students Real Estate Appraisal Skills Competition came to an end in Anhui Normal University。Yi Jiajun, Jia Jiao, Liu Rui and Zhang Zixin, undergraduates of the Department of Land Resource Management of the School of Public Administration of our University, won the second prize in the National Finals for their work "Multi-functional Value Assessment of Cultivated land in the Sixth Port Village of Tianjin under the industrial model of" Red + Green + Agriculture"，Teachers Gao Yanli and Chen Yuanyuan from the School of Public Administration won the Excellent Instructor Award。

The competition attracted 91 excellent works from 52 universities in China, such as Zhejiang University, China University of Mining and Technology, Nanjing Agricultural University, etc., which experienced fierce competition in anonymous review of communications, conference review, on-site defense of the final and on-site debate。In this competition, the students of our school competed with the students of first-class universities in the country, not afraid of challenges, united struggle, dare to innovate, and achieved the best results since participating in the competition。The School of Public Administration attaches great importance to student discipline competition, focuses on cultivating students' innovative spirit and practical ability, and continuously promotes the improvement of undergraduate education level。
