(1) Applicant's qualifications:

① with the city permanent residence, age 18 to 45 years old;

② No criminal record;

(1) Conditions of Guarantor:

① with a permanent residence in the city, aged 22 to 60 years old;

② No criminal record;

(3) Have a legal and stable source of income and have sufficient compensatory capacity;

④ Good bank credit;

(2) Materials to be submitted by the guarantor: (Photocopies must be in A4 paper and must be clear)

④ A copy of the income certificate issued by my work unit。
