On August 25, the 7th National College Students' Territorial Spatial Planning Skills Competition and the High-end Forum on Territorial Spatial Governance Ability to Promote High-quality Development ended in Hohai University, Nanjing。Zhang Jingfan, Shen Caixin, Lu Nan and Da Zhizhen, undergraduates of the Department of Land Resource Management in the School of Public Administration of our University in 2022, jointly completed the work "Don't do Sangyu Late.,For the rosy Sky -- Rehabilitation of healthy Community around Xianyang North Road, Hongqiao District, Tianjin "(Instructor: Xi Feng, Sun Yi, Gao Yanli) won the first prize of the national Finals。

The School of Public Administration attaches great importance to discipline competition, and has long guided undergraduates to combine the theory of territorial spatial planning with planning practice, and constantly explore diversified ways of cultivating talents for territorial spatial planning。By organizing students to participate in this competition, we can increase young students' attention to strategic matters such as natural resource asset planning and urban renewal, guide young students to learn, practice and think about new ideas in the competition, and contribute their youth to the construction of a beautiful China and promote the vigorous development of planning。

This work is based on the trend of old city reconstruction and urban renewal,The planning object focuses on the street of Xianyang North Road, Hongqiao District, Tianjin,Combine location analysis, SWOT analysis and corner analysis and other multi-angle analysis methods,The old residential areas should be upgraded from four aspects: house repair, municipal infrastructure improvement, comprehensive improvement and strengthened management,On this basis, the concept of health care is used to construct the "7+1+N" health care model and the spatial layout of "one heart, two axes and multiple nodes",To better address the challenges of aging。
