In accordance with the spirit of Tianjin Higher Education Association's "Notice on the Selection of Excellent Results of Higher Education Research in Tianjin from 2008 to 2010" (Annex 1), the relevant application matters are hereby notified as follows:

Scope of declaration

The higher education research results completed by the faculty and staff in 2008-2010, including: papers (including journal publication, seminar exchange), research reports, courseware, etc., can be declared。

2. Declaration requirements

1. Fill in the form and declare: the applicant shall fill in the Declaration Form for Excellent Results of Higher Education Research in Tianjin from 2008 to 2010 (Annex 2) as required, in triplicate, and submit the electronic version of the document;

2. Submission of results: Three copies of the participation manuscript made of A4 paper, together with electronic version。To declare courseware, submit the original courseware, in triplicate, together with the electronic version;

3, evaluation fee: each paper pay 100 yuan evaluation fee, each research report, courseware pay 150 yuan evaluation fee。

4. Deadline: The application form, results and review fee shall be submitted to the Institute of Higher Education before June 7, 2010, and submitted to the Municipal Higher Education Association after unified sorting by our department。
