The competition is of great significance to promote the formation of the talent training model of the integration of industry and education, and promote the sense of competition and teamwork spirit of the contestants. The School of Accounting of our university will undertake the on-campus selection of the 2024 China Graduate Enterprise Management Innovation Competition. The relevant matters are notified as follows:

1. Object of competition

All officially registered students in our school can participate in the competition, no restrictions on majors。

Second, the form of competition

The school selection was conducted online by using the enterprise competition simulation software。Cross-disciplinary teams are encouraged to register。Each team will represent a virtual enterprise and carry out 7-8 business decision games。The goal of the participating team is to achieve sustainable and profitable growth of the company and create more value for the company and its shareholders through an effective combination of strategic deployment, business decisions and investment strategies in a complex and dynamic competitive market environment。

3. Registration Instructions

(1) Registration method

Teams scan the QR code below to register。

After the registration, the group information and competition schedule of the competition will be released. Please pay attention to the announcement information of the wechat group of the competition。

(2) Registration time

From September 19 to September 20, 2024, before 17:00

(3) Registration conditions

1.The competition is divided into MBA group and postgraduate group, MBA students apply for MBA group, and other postgraduate students apply for postgraduate group。

2.Full-time and part-time graduate students from all colleges of our university can participate in the program。

3.The competition is a team competition, each team consists of 3 players, can be cross-college, cross-professional, interdisciplinary, cross-grade free combination。The contestants are: general manager, financial manager, production manager, marketing manager (can be concurrently), etc。

4.The team name can be in English or Chinese, no more than 8 characters, do not use Arabic numerals or special characters。

5.The order of registration of team members is the order of team members of the award certificate of the competition. After the competition starts, the team information and the order of members are not allowed to be modified。

6.All information in the registration form must be true, complete and accurate, otherwise the registration form will be invalid。

4. Competition platform

The new iBizSim enterprise competition simulation software platform is adopted in the school selection competition. The comprehensive evaluation indicators of the system include: current profit, market share, cumulative tax payment, cumulative dividend, net assets, per capita profit rate and capital profit rate。The contest's website is http://www.ibizsim.cn。

5. Competition schedule

(1) Registration time

Registration period: from September 19 to September 20, 2024, before 17:00

(2) Pre-game drill

1.Time: September 19 - September 21, 2024

2.Method: The participating teams will practice online through iBizSim enterprise competition simulation software platform。

(3) Intramural competitions

1.Time: September 22 - October 9, 2024 (Finish the competition initialization before 20:00 on September 21)

2.Method: Teams compete online via iBizSim Enterprise Competition simulation software platform。

3.Cycle: 7+1 competition system, 1 decision per day, all decisions are completed within 8 days。The results are given automatically by the system。

6. Promotion instructions and award setting

1.According to the requirements of the national competition regulations, excellent teams will be selected through the intramural competition to register for the national competition, that is, the top 10 teams in the MBA group final and the top 8 teams in the graduate group final will be recommended to register for the national competition according to the groups。

2.Intramural awards include first prize (10% of participating teams), second prize (20% of participating teams) and third prize (30% of participating teams), rounded up。

7. Special Statement

The competition is based on the principle of "fairness, fairness and openness", and the integrity of the participants is the first priority。If there is any behavior disturbing the order of the game during the competition, the punishment of team suspension will be imposed after verification by the organizing committee。The final interpretation of the event is vested in the event Organizing committee。
