The Chinese Food Laboratory of the Business Administration Experimental Center of the School of Management of our university will set up an experiment of "Cooking Labor Open Course", teaching more than 20 famous Chinese and foreign dishes, pastries and snacks。This course takes practical labor education as the main line, recruits students with strong practical ability, love cooking culture, perseverance and determination to stick to the end, and will get 3 credits after passing the examination。Classes are held every Sunday from March 24 to June 23 from 13:30 to 17:00。This open course focuses on students' attendance (each sign in), experiment report (must be written by hand, with photos of the experiment process printed in color) and practical ability.
