National Computer Rank Examination (NCRE) is a national computer level examination system sponsored by the Education Examination Institute of the Ministry of Education to test the computer application knowledge and ability of the examinees。In accordance with the spirit of the Notice of the Education Examination Institute of the Ministry of Education on Doing a good job in the 2023 National Computer Rank Examination (Letter (2023) No. 7) of the Education Examination Institute of the Ministry of Education, the relevant matters concerning the registration of NCRE in September 2024 are announced as follows。

1. Registration and test time

Registration time: September 2 9:00 to September 6 17:00;

Exam time: September 21-23。The specific test time is subject to the admission ticket。

2. Registration conditions

Candidates are not limited by age, occupation, education and other conditions, and can choose different grades and different subjects according to their actual situation of learning and using computers。

3. Registration method and precautions

1.The registration method is online. Candidates can log on to the registration website: http://ncre-bm.neea.cn for public network, http://ncre-bm.neea.edu.cn (Education network), choose the Tianjin registration entrance, enter the registration information by yourself, and pay online。Please refer to Attachment 2 for the detailed operation process of online registration。

2.All candidates can log on to the online registration website from 9:00 on September 16 to view and print their admission ticket。

3.According to the regulations of the price department of our city, the exam fees of all levels of the national computer rank examination are 80 yuan/section。

4.Candidates should ensure that their registration information is accurate and cannot be modified after successful payment。

5.Candidates are required to upload a photo that meets the requirements (candidate's recent headless color ID photo, the photo file size is 20kb-200kb, jpg format). Candidates with no photo or photos that do not meet the requirements will not be issued scores。

6.Candidates for the same examination can only register in the same provincial contractor, not allowed to register across provinces, otherwise it will be dealt with in violation。

7.Each candidate can apply for a maximum of 3 subjects in a single test, the level is not limited, but can only choose the same test center to register。Candidates who register for the same subject repeatedly will be treated as violations。

8.If there are rare words in the candidate's name that cannot be entered, please spell the whole Chinese pinyin instead of rare words。

9.Candidates can select "Intended Test Date" during registration。Due to factors such as the arrangement of test subjects at the test site, we can only try to meet the candidates' intentions at present, if we cannot meet the requirements, we must obey the random allocation of test time。Failure to meet the candidate's intention is not a reason for refund。

Iv. Examination levels, subjects and certification requirements

(1) Examination levels and examination subjects

See Annex 1 for all test levels and subjects。

(2) Certification conditions

1.Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 pass the corresponding subject exams to be certified。

2.Level 4 certification requirements: pass the examination of Level 4 subjects, and have obtained (or at the same time) the corresponding certificate of Level 3。Candidates who have obtained the certificate of Level 3 software testing technology, PC technology and information management technology can directly apply for any subject of Level 4。

(3) Relevant explanations

1.NCRE certificates of all levels have no limitation of time, and the test results of each subject in Level 4 can be retained once。

2.All examinations are computer based。The test time for Level I and Level IV is 90 minutes, and the test time for Level II and Level III is 120 minutes。

5. Examination result inquiry and certificate issuance

Within 2 months after the completion of the examination, candidates can log on to the website of the Education Examination Institute of the Ministry of Education (http://chaxun.neea.edu.cnCheck the score and certificate information for the current and previous exams。Candidates who have any questions about the test results should submit a written application to the test center within 5 working days after the results are released。The test center will inform the examinee of the reexamination result。

All candidates who meet the qualifications for forensics will receive an electronic certificate, and no paper version of the certificate will be produced and issued。
