Recently, the 34th Academic Annual meeting of North China University Library Cooperation Committee (referred to as: North China University Library Association) was held in Xiongan New Area of Hebei Province。Tianjin University of Commerce Library won the honorary title of "Advanced Collective of University Books and Materials in North China" from 2017 to 2021;Three teachers, Zhang Chunming, Wang Hongbo and Zhang Qian, won the honorary title of "Advanced Library Materials Worker in North China"。

This year's annual conference is hosted by the North China University Library Cooperation Committee，The Library and Information Work Committee of Colleges and Universities in Hebei Province, the Library and Information Work Committee of Colleges and Universities in Beijing, the Library and Information Work Committee of Colleges and Universities in Tianjin, the Library and Information Work Committee of Colleges and universities in Shanxi Province, the Library and Information Work Committee of Colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and the library of Hebei University，Nearly 200 people from about 100 university libraries in Hebei, Beijing, Tianjin, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia and other five provinces (municipalities and districts) attended the conference。

With the theme of "Science and Technology Enabling with The Times: Innovation and Development of University Libraries in the Age of Digital Intelligence", the conference closely related to the current development opportunities and challenges of university libraries, and provided new ideas, new methods and new directions for the high-quality development of university libraries under the new situation of empowering university libraries and further implementing the strategic actions of education digitalization。Experts and scholars in the industry, curators of university libraries in various provinces (cities and districts) and business backbone discussed the alliance construction, team construction, function reconstruction, knowledge service and user relationship management of university libraries in the era of digital intelligence in the academic activities of this annual meeting。
