According to the "Notice on Organizing the Declaration of the Key research Topics of 2010 Municipal Education Commission and the Selection of the Second Excellent Research Results" (Tianjin Education Commission [2010] No. 23), the relevant declaration matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. The selection scope is the key research results of the Municipal Education Commission in 2008 and 2009, and any research topics that are completed on time in 2008 and 2009 can be declared (see Annex 2).。

2. The applicant shall submit the research results in triplicate together with electronic version to the Institute of Higher Education before March 26. The evaluation fee of 100 yuan will be charged for each submitted result。 Higher Education Research Institute shall be responsible for reviewing and summarizing according to the requirements of the documents of the Municipal Education Commission, and shall uniformly submit them to the Municipal Education Commission before March 31。
