According to the "Notice on Organizing the Declaration of Key research Topics of 2010 Municipal Education Commission and the Selection of the Second Excellent Research Results" (Tianjin Education Commission [2010] No. 23) requirements (Annex I), the relevant declaration matters are hereby notified as follows:

Subject applicants should independently determine specific topics according to the 2010 Municipal Education Commission Key Research Topics Guide (Annex 2), and fill in the Tianjin Education Commission Key Research Topics Application Form (Annex 3) as required.。

Second, the results of the project in the form of research reports, and by the end of the year 2O10 to conclude。

The Application Form for Key Research Topics of Tianjin Education Commission completed by the applicant shall be printed in A4 paper on both sides and bound on the left side in triplicate, and shall be submitted together with the electronic version to the Institute of Higher Education before March 26, 2010。

4. Higher Education Research Institute shall be responsible for the review, and organize relevant experts to review according to the requirements of the documents of the Municipal Education Commission, determine the application topics of our school (in principle, 5 applications), and uniformly submit them to the Municipal Education Commission before March 31。

5. After the school has passed the review, the project submitted to the Tianjin Education Commission will be charged a research fee of 100 yuan per project according to the requirements of the Education Commission。The Higher Education Institute will notify you separately and collect it on your behalf。

Six, through the review of the Municipal Education Commission, to obtain the project research topics, the school will give certain financial support。
